Chapter 538: Big Sister, did you notice something?
The changes were not so noticeable.
After watching the scene for a while longer, Arabel returned to the house.
Lunch time was approaching, and considering that most of the residents of the house were awakened or beings from another world, only two mortals needed food — Ivette and the son of Irene and Arslan.
As Arabel knew, Ivette took care of her grandson and fed him when Irene was busy. But Ivette herself also demanded food.
Edgar and the twins seem to have settled into one of the rooms on the second floor.
Arabel realized once again how badly other homes were needed.
They have almost no more empty rooms in the house. Moreover, this was her and Idan’s private home, not a hotel.
After cooking dinner and taking it to Yvette, Arabel hurried back to the first floor, where she encountered an unexpected guest, Sierra.
“Big sister,” — Arabel exclaimed happily when she saw her. Sierra was followed by a little girl known as the Princess. She no longer looked as scared as before, and looked around curiously.
“Little sister,” — Sierra smiled, and then her face lit up with curiosity.
“Hmm… So it’s not you who influences the element of darkness in the sky?” she asked, not noticing that something was happening to Arabel.
“Huh?” — Arabel didn’t understand what Sierra was talking about at first, but then she remembered the strangeness in the artificial sky.
“Big Sister, did you notice something?” she asked.
“Yes,” Sierra nodded. “As soon as I came here, I immediately felt the element of darkness behaving strangely in the sky, as if someone or something was influencing it. I thought that the element of darkness was reacting to you, the owner of this territory.”
Suddenly, as if remembering something, Arabel’s eyes widened, and she hurried into the guest room where Milena was.
Curious, Sierra followed her.
When Arabel entered the room, she found Essora quietly watching the sphere inside which the cocoon was pulsating.
“Ah, Leader,” Essora exclaimed in surprise, noticing Arabel’s sudden appearance.
Arabel nodded at her and turned her gaze to the cocoon.
Having an affinity for the element of darkness, standing so close to the cocoon, she could feel the fluctuations of the element of darkness emanating from the cocoon.
“Interesting,” Sierra’s voice came from the door to the guest room.
Essora was very scared by Sierra’s appearance, but she was even more scared when she saw the Princess. When she met the gaze of the little girl, something inside her trembled, and she fell to her knees.
Essora began to tremble with fear, her body covered in sweat. She felt as if death itself was looking at her.
“Bam!” there was a bang.
“Ouch!” The Princess screamed, clutching her head as Sierra hit her, noticing what she was doing. “Restrain yourself, or I’ll spank you.”
The Princess pouted resentfully. She was holding her head with two hands and her ass with two more. Then she nodded, letting Sierra know that she understood.
The pressure and influence that Essora felt disappeared, but she continued to tremble as she looked at the Princess. Essora realized that it was the influence of a stronger bloodline. Her own bloodline was the weakest and most incomplete, while the Princess possessed the strongest bloodline in the world of Darkness and Light.
The Princess also sensed the faint bloodline of the creatures of darkness emanating from Essora, and could not resist demonstrating her superiority over her.
“Is that what I’m thinking?” asked Sierra, peering intently into the Cocoon.
“Yes, big sister,” — Arabel said.
Sierra, having received confirmation, plunged into thought. Her gaze swept over the sphere and then the room.
“Judging by the Cocoon’s reaction, I can tell that the process is almost complete,” Sierra said. Then, turning to Arabel, she added, “Little sister, just in case, you’d better take this Cocoon outside. You don’t want your house to be damaged, do you?”
Following Sierra’s advice, Arabel used her power over the territory to teleport herself, cocoon, Sierra, Princess, and Essora to a considerable distance from home.
“Oh! Amazing! Is this the power of authority?” asked Sierra after teleporting.
Arabel nodded, confirming her words.
“It’s strange, the cocoon gives off not only the element of darkness, but also the element of light,” — Sierra frowned. She hadn’t noticed it before, but now she could clearly feel the presence of the element of light on the cocoon.
“What?” asked Arabel. She didn’t have an affinity for the element of Light and didn’t have as much experience as Sierra, so she couldn’t sense the fluctuations of the element of light.
“Go get the Blonde,” Sierra commanded the Princess, and with some reluctance, she stared at her Mistress and went to the Access Portal.
“I see she’s stopped being afraid,” Arabel said after the Princess left.
“Yes, the little girl has started to show her character,” Sierra said with a smile, finding the Princess’ behavior amusing.
Looking at Sierra’s joy, Arabel could tell that she enjoyed being in the Princess’ company. Besides, they are already bound by a contract.
Lucinda didn’t take long to appear from the Access Portal with a displeased expression on her face.
However, her displeasure quickly turned to surprise when she noticed the strange Cocoon, as well as the presence of Arabel and another girl she did not know.
Like Sierra, her attention was immediately drawn to this Cocoon.
“Do you feel it?” asked Sierra.
Lucinda finally looked up from her study and looked at Sierra.
“Why are the vibrations of the elements of Light and the elements of Darkness coming from this Cocoon?” she asked.
“You might be surprised, but we don’t know the answer to that question ourselves,” Sierra replied with a smile. “Why do you think we called you?”
Ignoring Sierra, Lucinda focused her attention on Arabel.
“What is this Cocoon?” she asked, and Sierra also turned her gaze to Arabel, waiting to hear the details.
“As you may have already guessed, this Cocoon is the result of a bloodline change after taking a Bloodline potion,” Arabel began her explanation.
Taking a short pause and smiling, she decided to tell them the truth.
“Currently, there is a girl from my world in this cocoon who drank a Valkyrie bloodline potion.”
“So I’m going to have a younger sister soon, and I’m not going to be the youngest among us anymore.”
