“I didn’t go up close when they were talking, but there were one or two times when I passed by the door and heard bits and pieces, I made a special note of it for your sake. I know your sister-in-law has been quite the headache and ever since she got a boyfriend, she’s started siding with her in-laws. Such a daughter is really a waste to raise, but don’t worry, I’m at home, I’ll keep a close watch on them so they won’t get any benefit out of you.”
Yang Peimin was at a loss for words, was that really what she meant? But seeing Yang Peijun gearing up like he was preparing for a fight, she swallowed the words that reached her lips, it was more or less the same meaning anyway, let them not stir up any trouble.
“Minmin, now your mother-in-law seems quite pleased with the Lu family because of that Lu girl who comes over almost every day.
