Underneath the treehouse, Li Wenxi continued to share a skateboard with Xu Xin, while Qi Xuefei declined Lou Fei’Er’s invitation to ride the Snow Wolf and took out her own powered skateboard.
She no longer wanted to ride a wolf, as Xu Xin’s Silver King had previously left quite a shadow on her.
Xu Xin saw a man and a woman peek their heads out from Lou Fei’Er’s treehouse.
Both of them were a bit excited upon seeing him: "Xu Xin the great! Is it really Xu Xin the great?"
"Hello." Xu Xin nodded to them, "We have some matters to attend to at Snow Mountain, so feel free to sit here for a moment. When we return, I will help you choose a place."

Watching them leave, Xu Xin turned to face the purple-black vortex and then jumped in.
The world spun, and even though it was teleporting towards the peak, it still felt like a rapid fall.
Before long, he was once again standing atop the peak of the giant stone pillar.
Around him, nothing had changed; there were still those statues and...
"Hiss—"
Upon seeing the surrounding scene clearly, Xu Xin gasped, as though plunged into icy water, instantly pulling out his spear and assuming a battle stance.

Beneath his feet was the triangular formation pattern.
Surrounding him were still those motionless statues.
But the problem was, those statues which originally faced outwards from the giant peak now...
How had they all turned around?!
From the outer edge to the center of the top of the stone pillar, all the beast statues that were once poised to attack outward had somehow all turned around and now aimed towards the center of the peak, right where Xu Xin stood!
Yet, they didn’t adopt a posture of attack but rather, most were lying down with heads lowered.
If viewed individually, these beasts appeared to simply be resting leisurely.
But with all the statues facing the direction of the very center of the stone pillar peak, encircling in unison, the impression it gave was entirely different.
