Bai Ye watched the news with a triumphant expression, as if he had predicted everything. He was clearly showing off, ignoring the fact that this wasn't a deduction but something he had experienced in his past life, which was why he knew exactly what the Batman and Commissioner Gordon were planning.
This was a trap, designed to capture the criminals who intended to hijack the transport vehicle and rescue the Joker.
In fact, Commissioner Gordon had even spent a considerable sum on short notice to purchase advanced technological weapons from a weapons company called "Stark Industries."
The plan had been successful, and seven criminals were apprehended.
However, Bai Ye wasn't particularly concerned. Had the strength of the villainous faction been weakened?

Those one hundred points of wickedness and the Joker's playing cards weren't easily obtained. Only one person succeeded in rescuing the Joker, which meant that the chosen ones of the villainous faction were also in opposition to each other.
Of course, the order faction wasn't peaceful either, as only one of them could obtain the order points and the Bat Armor.
This was somewhat perplexing. The mission of the order faction was to prevent the Joker from escaping. If the Joker failed to escape, it would mean all chosen ones of the order faction had succeeded.
But Bai Ye knew that wasn't the case. The Joker would inevitably escape, even without any intervention from the chosen ones of the villainous faction. The Joker could escape from the holding cell on his own. Therefore, while the mission of the order faction was to prevent the Joker's escape, it should actually be interpreted as recapturing the Joker after he escaped, rather than simply stopping others from rescuing him.
Thus, whoever escorted the Joker back would be considered to have completed the mission.
Time ticked by. Looking out the window, there was little to see that was out of the ordinary, yet the atmosphere was heavy.
A low pressure permeated the air…
It felt like a storm was brewing.
Bai Ye lay in the rocking chair, gently swaying, seemingly resting with his eyes closed, or perhaps asleep.

When the red capsule opened, Bai Ye was presented with a massive stone.
The stone resembled a greatsword in shape, almost as tall as Bai Ye, nearly half a meter thick, with a hilt at the top made of profound iron. It was rough, covered in scratches, and a series of rust-stained iron chains were wrapped around it.
On the front of the stone, four characters were carved, with red lacquer for the background.
