As Li Yi and the others reached the mountainside of Buzhou, the Yin and Yang energies between heaven and earth suddenly surged uncontrollably, filling the world with black and white auras.
At a glance, the Yin and Yang energies of Buzhou Mountain churned above and below.
The horizon was adorned with clouds of purple mist.
Suddenly, the Yang energy ascended.
The Yin energy descended.
The Yin and Yang energies of heaven and earth separated with distinct clarity.
Where the Yin and Yang energies met, a boundless purple light erupted, and the Yin and Yang energies then converged towards the source of the purple light.
The Yin and Yang energies mingled, and at the source of the purple light, a ball of primordial energy was born, within which two beings with human heads and snake bodies were nurtured.
Li Yi and the other two, seeing the ceaseless surge of Yin and Yang energies between heaven and earth, the soaring purple light, and the obscured heavenly secrets,
assumed that a spiritual treasure was about to appear. The three of them followed, heading towards the source of the purple light.
Before they could arrive, the purple light between heaven and earth had already vanished. Fortunately, the three of them were extraordinary beings with exceptional memories. Although the purple light had disappeared, they still managed to locate its source.
They saw a ball of primordial energy floating quietly between heaven and earth, within which two beings with human heads and snake bodies were being nurtured.
Upon seeing the state of the beings nurtured within, Li Yi immediately knew these were Fuxi and Nuwa. Both were future great powers of the Primordial World. Forming a good relationship with them today would undoubtedly be beneficial in the future.
Yuanshi and Tongtian, seeing that it was not a spiritual treasure emerging, lost interest and said, "Elder brother, let's go."
Li Yi replied, "Second and third brothers, do not be hasty. Today, these two fellow Daoists are undergoing transformation, and some complications have arisen. They are lacking some spiritual energy from heaven and earth. Since the three of us brothers have encountered this, why not forge a good connection?"
Yuanshi and Tongtian said, "Elder brother speaks wisely. If that is the case, then let us form a good connection with them!"
With that, the three of them each took out five drops of Three Lights Divine Water and sent them towards the ball of primordial energy.
After entering the ball of primordial energy, the Three Lights Divine Water did not merge with it, but simply floated quietly within the primordial energy.
Li Yi frowned and said, "Since they cannot absorb it actively, let us lend them a hand again!"
With that, he mobilized the surrounding spiritual energy of heaven and earth, causing it to surge towards the ball of primordial energy, slowly assisting Fuxi and Nuwa in absorbing the fifteen drops of Three Lights Divine Water.
After absorbing the fifteen drops of Three Lights Divine Water, Fuxi and Nuwa were still in a deep slumber, showing no signs of waking.
Li Yi frowned and said, "I did not expect their condition to be so severe. Without treasures containing chaotic energy, their transformation might be delayed by several hundred years."
Li Yi shook his head and said, "Forget it, forget it. It is also their destiny. The Chaos Bead, I have only refined ten layers of its restrictions. I can just use a trace of its primordial chaotic energy. Whether they can transform will depend on their own fortune!"
With that, he sent his consciousness into the Xuanhuang Pagoda, received the Chaos Bead from his transformed self, Taishang, and took out a strand of hair-like primordial chaotic energy. With a wave of his hand, he sent it into the ball of primordial energy.

Li Yi said to Yuanshi and Tongtian, "The transformation heavenly tribulation of these two fellow Daoists is about to descend. Second and third brothers, let us move further away, lest we be affected."
With that, he led Yuanshi and Tongtian to fly further away.
Not long after Li Yi and the others left, lightning and thunder suddenly flashed and rumbled across the heavens and earth, with red lightning serpents weaving through the dark tribulation clouds.
Li Yi looked up at the lightning and slowly said,
"The Red Fiend Tribulation within the Eight or Nine Heavenly Tribulations. Although this Red Fiend Tribulation is one of the Eight or Nine Heavenly Tribulations,
it is not much inferior to the Nine or Nine Heavenly Tribulation. When we underwent our transformation, although it was the Nine or Nine Heavenly Tribulation, we were protected by the Merit of Heaven Opening left by Father God, so we were safe.
These two fellow Daoists lack the protection of the Merit of Heaven Opening, and I fear this heavenly tribulation will not be easy to pass!"
Seeing Li Yi's worried expression, Yuanshi and Tongtian could not help but say with a hint of jealousy, "Elder brother, you seem overly concerned for these two fellow Daoists. This heavenly tribulation is a test from heaven and earth for them. If they cannot endure it, it means they are not destined to be in this world."
Li Yi smiled inwardly upon hearing Yuanshi and Tongtian's words, "These two brats are actually getting jealous! It is true, Fuxi and Nuwa are both great powers of the Primordial World, and they should be able to safely pass this Red Fiend Tribulation."
Li Yi said, "Second and third brothers speak with reason. However, since we have encountered this, we might as well extend a helping hand. Perhaps in the future, we might also need their help with something?"
With that, he waved his hand again, sending ten drops of Three Lights Divine Water towards the place where the lightning was striking.
Just as Li Yi sent the ten drops of Three Lights Divine Water over, two voices were heard from that location, one a deep and resonant male voice, and the other a gentle and melodious female voice, speaking in unison, "Many thanks to the three fellow Daoists. We implore the three fellow Daoists to linger for a moment. After my brother and sister have passed the heavenly tribulation, we will personally express our gratitude."
Yuanshi and Tongtian, already displeased with their elder brother's concern for the other two, were about to speak when Li Yi suddenly said, "Fellow Daoists, focus on your tribulation. My brothers and I are currently traveling through the Primordial World and are in no hurry to leave."
With that, he turned to Yuanshi and Tongtian and said, "Second and third brothers, do not be upset. Your elder brother is acting this way out of respect for Father God's last wish, and there is no other intention. We shall depart after they have completed their transformation!"
Yuanshi and Tongtian's expressions improved somewhat at this.
After a while, the thunderous sounds in the sky gradually receded, and the tribulation clouds in the sky slowly dispersed.
Suddenly, from within the heavenly tribulation, a man and a woman with human heads and snake bodies emerged.
The man had a square, dignified face, with dark, glossy hair cascading down his back. His thick eyebrows were dark and lustrous, and his tall, robust physique, along with his honest demeanor, conveyed a look of doting affection for the woman beside him.
The woman had a delicate, oval face, with skin as smooth as cream. Her hair was tied back with a white silk ribbon, falling like a waterfall from the peak of a mountain. Her eyes were bright and captivating, filled with wisdom, and in them, she looked at the man beside her with deep reliance.
The pair of siblings walked before Li Yi and his companions and bowed their heads, saying, "Fuxi (Nuwa) pays respects to the three fellow Daoists. We are infinitely grateful for your help in our transformation."
Li Yi and the others returned the bow, saying, "Taishang (Yuanshi, Tongtian) pays respects to the two fellow Daoists."
Li Yi continued, "You are too kind. Our meeting is also fate, and mutual assistance is only fitting."
Fuxi then said, "We dare not forget your great kindness. The Fuxi Qin is my companion spirit treasure, a mid-grade primordial spiritual treasure. Please accept it."
With that, a zither appeared in his hand, emitting a sandalwood fragrance.
Li Yi saw this and said, "You are too gracious, fellow Daoist. This spiritual treasure is your companion artifact, how can we take what you cherish? Please keep it, fellow Daoist!"

Li Yi said, "We bid you farewell."
Nuwa and Fuxi said, "Three fellow Daoists, travel safely!"
Afterward, Li Yi and the others departed from Buzhou Mountain, heading towards Kunlun.
After Li Yi and the others left, Nuwa suddenly said, "Elder brother, these three fellow Daoists are truly kind. Their cultivation is superior to ours, yet they did not trouble us and instead aided our transformation."
Fuxi continued, "Indeed! We will surely visit Kunlun to express our gratitude after we stabilize our cultivation! Let us first enter seclusion to stabilize our cultivation, otherwise, a regression in cultivation would be troublesome."
Nuwa gazed in the direction Li Yi and the others had departed, lost in thought. Only after hearing Fuxi's words did she nod slightly and say, "Yes!"
