Chu Jin quickly finished his large chunk of python meat, his hunger satisfied but his appetite still whetted. He patted his stomach.
Glancing back at the burning python, Chu Jin turned to Shang Qi and Su Ling. "Shall we head back after this python is burned? To be honest, this python meat is quite delicious. It's a real shame for it to be reduced to ash like this."
"But if you say bring it back, it's quite troublesome."
Chu Jin had been won over by the python meat and wanted to bring some back for everyone to try.
Shang Qi saw through Chu Jin's thoughts, and looked at Su Ling, who also looked at him.
Then, Su Ling spoke, "We can bring some back for you to satisfy your cravings later. And also, for everyone else to taste."
Su Ling still remembered Chu Jin shedding tears for her and Shang Qi. Friends like him in this doomsday were worth befriending.
Upon hearing Su Ling say they could bring some back, Chu Jin nodded enthusiastically. "Yes, yes!"
Su Ling and Shang Qi stood up, holding their knives. They approached the python and selectively cut from the parts that were well-cooked, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
The cut python meat was directly transferred by Su Ling into her space.

Once everything was done, the three of them, their bodies dirty, left the mountain forest and walked down the slope.
