My words, upon reaching Tu Geyun's ears, were like the last straw grasped by a drowning person.
His eyes betrayed ecstatic joy, and his repulsive face was covered in disgusting fawning.

I withdrew the foot I had on Tu Geyun's chest, looking at this lapdog begging for his life.
Tu Geyun knelt, rubbing his chest with difficulty, and then slowly uttered a name.
"Sir, it was him!"
Tu Geyun suddenly turned his head, pointing a hand at the nonchalant old savage.
"Tajis, it was this old man who incited me! He said that if Keya becomes the new king, none of us will have good days! He incited it all!"
The smile on my face gradually vanished.
Tu Geyun's words aligned with my own thoughts, forcing me to become suspicious of the old savage.
"Tajis, do you have anything to say?"
Tajis's face, etched with wrinkles, showed no hint of panic. He bowed his head to me with great respect.
"Sir, only Keya is the last hope for the Kasha tribe. How could I let Tu Geyun prevent her from becoming the new king?"
Tajis's reaction revealed no flaws.
I stared at him intently for a few seconds. Seeing that his expression was normal, I turned to approach him for a closer inquiry.
Just as I turned, there was a sudden gust of wind from behind me, and a piercing sound of air being ripped apart came from behind my head.
"Careful!"
Keya's startled cry from the high platform reached my ears, accompanied by Tu Geyun's sinister laughter.
"Die for me!"

I never trusted a fickle scoundrel like Tu Geyun.
I deliberately exposed my back to him. If he made no move, the mastermind was likely Tajis. But if he attacked me, he would fall right into my trap!
Facing the sudden sneak attack, I dodged with a sideways turn.
Then I spun around and struck backward with my elbow, hitting Tu Geyun squarely in the face.
He let out a pained grunt. Before he could react, a flash of alloy blade appeared in the air!
His arm holding the dagger was severed at the root by me.

Tu Geyun's face turned ashen. He instinctively tried to cover the wound with his remaining right arm, but he was unaware that his end had arrived.
"You had the road to heaven but chose not to take it. Your head, Tu Geyun, will be the sacrifice to celebrate Keya becoming the new king!"
I grabbed Tu Geyun by the hair and, with a swift stroke, his head rolled to the ground.
Tu Geyun's headless and disarmed corpse crashed to the ground!
"Tch!"
I looked disdainfully at my blood-splattered shirt.
Then, I threw Tu Geyun's head to his accomplices and shouted loudly, "Now that the useless Tu Geyun is dead, who else wants to go down and join him!"
Tu Geyun's head rolled a couple of times on the ground, his face still frozen in a defiant expression. Covered in dust, it looked terrifying.
Tu Geyun's accomplices were already terrified out of their wits. How could they dare to resist?
One by one, they threw their weapons to the ground, kowtowing incessantly, begging me to spare their lives.
I wiped the blood splattered on my face and called for some Kasha tribesmen to round up all of Tu Geyun's accomplices and confine them temporarily behind the fence.
Seeing that I had dealt with Tu Geyun, Tajis slowly walked up to my side.
He said respectfully, "Sir, I did not instigate Tu Geyun's actions. What should we do next?"
I glanced at Tajis expressionlessly. In fact, when Tu Geyun attacked me earlier, I had already concluded that Tajis was not behind it.
