Chapter 209: Do You Truly Hate Him?

Meanwhile, as the participants were in a state of restlessness, Plotter was relaxedly laying on his chair in the Director’s own abode. The Director glanced at him as he watched the happenings on her personal monitor.

’What is he planning again?’

The two Overseers were obviously out, dealing with the complications that might arise after the show ended on their own. The moment that Oh Heejun got ahold of his teammates’ phones, Mini Plotter had already informed her. However, before the Director could call for an emergency, Plotter appeared out of nowhere and stopped her.

Director turned her head back toward the screen again. The rest of the members of Team 1 had already arrived at the 3rd floor after discovering their situation.

"Grab him! Hurry!" Rayen shouted.

Mr. Big News immediately leapt out to pounce against Oh Heejun, but he was a step too late. Oh Heejun had grabbed the nearest rectangular object in front of him, aiming it at another phone near him.

"If you go any closer, I’ll definitely make sure this gets crushed."

Upon hearing this, the members of Team 1 stiffened in place. Mr. Big News instinctively halted too, but he immediately regretted his decision. Every member of Team 2, aside from Mr. Big News, was clueless about the situation. However, they could sense that something was wrong.

Oh Heejun chuckled, pleased with their reaction. He hadn’t expected that he would get caught before he could even do his plan, but alas, it seems like fate is on his side. One of the phones had broke when he fell, and now, no one dared to move against him.

Meanwhile, the Director glanced at Plotter again.

’Still not moving?’

Plotter didn’t really move. His smile turned even wider when he saw that Oh Heejun grabbed one of the phones.

Just then, Rayen’s voice echoed throughout the meeting room. "Plotter."

On the screen, Rayen could be seen whispering with gritted teeth at the back of the group. He kept glancing down on his phone, as if looking for something.

Although Rayen was clearly whispering, the two Overseers could clearly hear it due to Mini Plotter’s doings.

"Beep it! Where are you?!"

Director once again glanced at Plotter whose smile had faded. There was a slight pout on his lips as he listened to Rayen’s musings.

...

Meanwhile, Mini Plotter could also only do nothing but wait for any orders from its physical incarnation. It already sent the information to Plotter, but he didn’t receive any orders at all.

’Hey, original incarnation! What am I supposed to do?!’

Oh Heejun and the others were still in a deadlock. No one moved.

Ren could only eye his phone that was in Oh Heejun’s grasp. One movement, he knew that Oh Heejun would plunge his phone toward the other one, destroying it completely.

Earlier, he witnessed someone disappear before their very eyes. The moment Ara fell on the floor, Adrian hurriedly took her in his arms. But before he could do anything else, Ara suddenly transformed into various motes of lights, scattering in the air, thoroughly disappearing.

Thinking that it might happen to him, Ren restrained himself from moving and aggravating the situation further.

Oh Heejun noticed him and couldn’t help himself laughing. "Are you afraid?"

Ren gritted his teeth and refused to reply. After experiencing Ara’s disappearance, no one from Team 1 was in a condition to persuade Oh Heejun.

Mr. Big News also noticed that Ara had gone missing. His heart ached.

Only Xi Huan remained nonchalant. Although she had the ability to take away the phones, she also remained still.

"What are you planning to do?" she asked.

Oh Heejun switched his gaze from Ren toward her.

"What else?! I’m going to take them with me!"

Seeing that Oh Heejun was about to act, Rayen was consumed by panic.

"Why is this system so useless whenever I need it?! Hurry up and contact your original form!" Rayen shouted in a low voice.

Mini Plotter gritted its teeth.

"If I can’t debut, I’ll just take whoever I can with me. Let’s go to hell together!"

Raising his hand, Oh Heejun plunged the phone down to destroy it.

Rayen’s pupils constricted. "Plotter!!!"

As though hearing his cries, something happened. Time seemed to stop. Rayen heard the sound of turning pages. A blurry book page hovered in front of him, but it disappeared a second later.

No. To be more precise, it was that everyone came to a standstill. The hands of the clock on the corner was still revolving as usual. However, Oh Heejun’s hands, Mr. Big News’s jumping movement, Xi Huan’s blurred hands that was about to reach Oh Heejun, Team 2 and Rayen’s teammates panic-stricken shouts—all came into standstill.

Except for one.

"I really didn’t want to do this."

Rayen stared dumbfounded as his mouth moved. However, although it was his own voice that he could hear, it really wasn’t him who spoke.

’What’s happening?’

"Let me borrow you first," Mini Plotter explained as though reading Rayen’s mind.

Rayen blinked in confusion. He could still control his body, but there was another consciousness inside him that would control his body. Before he knew it, he was already in front of Oh Heejun, squatting likewise Xi Huan.

Mini Plotter used Rayen’s eyes to stare at the phones scattered on the floor and sighed.

"I know my other self is watching me. I also know that the reason why you didn’t appear is because this is what you wanted. However, don’t blame me for acting against your wishes. I can’t bear my idol blaming me."

Listening to his own voice saying these words, Rayen felt even more confused. What did Plotter want?

’Rayen’ pried Oh Heejun’s hands to take the phone he was holding. After getting ahold of it, he silently trudged toward the phone that was the farthest from Oh Heejun. Mini Plotter stared at it. Rayen recognized it as Oh Heejun’s.

Then he glanced at the phone which he took from Oh Heejun’s hand. It was Ren’s phone.

"Participant Rayen, do you truly hate that guy?" Mini Plotter turned to glance at Ren.

"What?" Rayen exclaimed from the unexpected question.

"Do you truly hate that guy?"

Rayen’s thoughts finally caught up. "What do you plan on doing?"

"It depends on your answer."

Hearing Plotter’s response, Rayen thought about it. Does he truly hate Ren?

After a few seconds of thinking, he came up of an answer.

"No."

Mini Plotter smiled with Rayen’s lips. "As expected. He is too kind-hearted."

Flinging Ren’s phone away, it floated under Oh Heejun’s hands. When it finally settled down on the floor, Rayen’s finger, under Mini Plotter’s guidance, pointed at Oh Heejun’s phone screen.

Rayen heard a crack.

But as if Mini Plotter did not care about the sound, he stood up and walked back towards where Rayen originally stood.

When everything turned back to normal and others had come to their senses, Rayen was standing on the same place he was before, as though nothing happened. However, Oh Heejun was nowhere to be found.
